Help my sister rebuild her home, lost, in a fire!

My sister Susan lost her house and everything in it over 2 years ago in the Car fire.(Redding California) She finally received some money from FASA and was able to get the house started but now it is just sitting there waiting to get finished. She was able to get a small business loan but they started charing her morgage payments while she was renting, she had been told they would withould the payments until the house was finished. So now the house is just sitting there waiting to get finished...She needs help to make payments from the last year. She has a disabled son and stays home taking care of him. Please if you can contribute anything to help her to get the money she owes to the bank so they can finish her house before winter comes. Thank you:)
