ABOUT THIS CAMPAIGN
We are raising money in support of Tanya Sands, her husband Alex, and her daughter Paige. Tanya, has had a major stroke, and has been in the Intensive Care Unit for over a week now. Tanya and Alex recently purchased a new home and are currently in the process of moving out of an apartment. However, due to this recent event, everything has come to a halt and all attention has been focused on Tanya and her fight to pull through this life changing event!
Day by day, Tanya is getting stronger and making progress. However, it is going to be a marathon, not a sprint for her. We suspect, a ramp will have to be built for her to enter and exit her new home, among other unforeseen challenges.
Angela, Christina and Tammy are running a 5K race through Sole sisters, on June 6/15 at 6:00pm and we are dedicating this race in honor of Tanya! Please, any donation, from $2.00 to $25 will go directly to Tanya, Alex and Paige (Tanya’s 14 year old daughter). Any and all support will be a huge help and allow Tanya and Alex to focus on her recovery instead of all the challenges they will face in their new home.
