Please Help Nikhil Kshirsagar To Fight Cancer

Summary:
I was diagnosed with Testicular cancer in February 2018, post which I underwent 3 major surgeries and 12 Chemotherapies, unfortunately this disease did not cure. Since all possible treatment is done for last two years doctors in India have given up mentioning this doesn’t seems to be getting cured now and we should accept the fact and try doing maintenance as far as possible. On further consultation with Tata Memorial hospital got to know about Dr Einhorn from IUH who is known as Godfather for treating testicular cancer, further on consultation with Dr Einhorn he mentioned only possible curative treatment is Bone Marrow Transplant. However since the cost of treatment is $ 250,000 its beyond reach of any middle class family, and considering this is only the treatment which can possibly save my life I have started this crowd funding.
Family background:
I am born in middle class family and bought up in Pune, Maharashtra, India. I am the sole bread-winner of 7 member family (including 4 senior citizen and 9 year old daughter).
Current Medical condition:
My Current health condition is not so good as disease is amplified in existing areas and additionally spread in Cervical II lymph node and left lung. Given this, it is now crucial to start the treatment at earliest.
Detailed Case
My name is Nikhil Kshirsagar and I am raising funds for myself. I am fighting from Testicular Cancer (Germ Cell Tumor) for last two years. In last two years I have undergone 12 Chemotherapies & 3 major surgeries.
I started facing health issues in February 2018. I had severe lower back pain on consulting my doctor he after performing several tests found that I had a cancerous tumor in my lower back. Post this, the doctor performed a surgery followed by 6 chemotherapies. However, since the chemotherapy sessions did not cure the cancer, I had to undergo a major abdomen surgery for the removal of the tumor. Unfortunately, after 3 months form surgery the cancer relapsed and I had to undergo the same surgery again.
I was cancer free from October 2018 to March 2019 which brought lots of happiness and normal life for me and my family. But seems destiny had some other plans for me as this happiness and normal life did not last for long, in April 2019 this cancer relapsed which kind of destroyed me and my entire family. On consultation with doctors from Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai there suggestion was to go ahead with 6 cycles of Second Line Chemotherapy followed by 2 Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT, Stem cell Transplant) due to relapse of disease. However post 6 cycles of Chemotherapy we had another disaster as reports showed increase in cancer with faith in God and science we again decided to fight it back and prepared myself for higher dose of Chemotherapy, again the destiny had some else planed and ruined the plan of curative treatment. Since the doctors in India were unable to harvest enough Stem Cells as those are suppressed due to extensive Chemotherapy I could not take that treatment. This seemed to be end of all possible treatment and we had no choice but to accept the fact and let this disease die along with me.
However this time destiny was generous enough consulting doctor from Tata Memorial Hospital suggested to check possibility abroad with Dr Lawrence Einhorn in the US who is known as Godfather for Testicular Tumors. On approaching Dr Einhorn got a hope of my survival from curative treatment at 'Indiana University Health Simon Cancer Center' however it has a huge cost associated with it, yes the treatment costs $450,000 which is INR 3.20 Crore. On further consultation with the hospital management considering no insurance and it would be self-pay they were kind enough to bring down the cost to $225,000 which is INR 1.58 Crore. I have exhausted all my savings and now at a juncture where I am unable to pay for the treatment due to the huge cost.
Please help me raise this goal amount as I have to look after my family. I am the sole bread earner of the family, I have a 9 year old daughter, wife , my aged parents and my grandmother to look after, they all depend on me.
