Need prosthetic eye

Hi my name is cherie I was accidentally kicked in the head by a horse not his fault after many surgeries we are now almost ready for prosthetic eye my problem insurance pays all but 3,000 which they don't take payments so I really need any help I can get please im on ss and funds are really limited .
