Help Jennifers Journey to Recovery
Donation protected
Hi, my name is Julienne. My mom is Jennifer & 12 days ago her friend took her into the emergancy room because she was complaining of shortness of breath and dizziness. By the time she got there her oxygen levels had dropped to 78% percent. The normal levels for a person her age is around 95%. She was then taken in an ambulance from St. Vincents in Fishers to the main St. Vincents in Indianapolis where she was put in the ICU. After she was stable, they put her in an inpatient room & started to run every test under the sun to figure out what was wrong with her. So far they have found nothing. I was talking to a nurse and she said that my mom has basically had a million dollar work up. The next step in this proccess is to get her on at-home oxygen and to get her into the Clevland Clinic or the Mayo Clinic where they have more resources to hopefully figure out what is wrong with her.
Since my mom has not been able to work for the past 12 days, this situation has created a huge amount of stress for her. Right now all she should be worrying about is getting better. What I am trying to ask is; can you please help me reach my goal so that my mom can come home without having to worry about how she will pay the bills? Reaching this goal would take a huge amount of stress off of the shoulders of my mom and family.
Thank you for taking the time to read this.
