My name is Danna. After years of giving to others through my work and community service, I now find myself in the most difficult fight of my life—and I need help.

My Diagnosis & Urgent Need

I was recently diagnosed with cancer. The treatments, medications, and specialist care required to fight this disease are overwhelming both physically and financially. While insurance helps somewhat, there are still large expenses—deductibles, copays, scans, imaging, travel to appointments, and essential supplies. These are not optional; they are lifesaving.

Gratitude & Heartbreak

After surviving the 2018 Camp Fire that destroyed my home in Paradise, CA, I was finally able to return to a livable house on my property—thanks to a grant and the generosity of my community. Seven years after the disaster, I was deeply grateful to have a safe home again. But within a year of moving back, I was faced with this devastating cancer diagnosis.

I am grateful every day to be back in my home, yet heartbroken that just as I finally found stability, I must now focus on surviving another life-altering challenge.

I’ve always been the one to raise funds for others, to give my time and energy to those in need. Now I must humbly ask for the same support. Donations will help me pay for urgent medical treatment and allow me to focus on healing rather than financial stress.
