Hello, my name is Benjamin Wahler, and I am getting ready for my bar mitzvah. As part of this process, I am doing a mitzvah project. For those who don't know, a mitzvah is a good deed.
I am hosting a golf skills competition for charity in Boca Raton, Florida. Entrance fees and donations will support two organizations that are very close to my heart. Both support pediatric oncology patients and their families.
WRAP (Wahler Rogoff Action Project) is a fund at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital in Miami, Florida, and was created in honor of my cousin Ari, who is currently undergoing treatment for leukemia. The fund supports the families of hematology-oncology patients, helping with lodging, medication, meals and transportation.
StrykOutCancer was created by family friends in honor and remembrance of their son Logan, who sadly passed away from a rare bone cancer in 2024. StrykOutCancer's two primary focuses are supporting pediatric cancer caregivers so they can be their strongest selves as they guide their loved ones, and supporting pediatric cancer organizations to fund research and treatment options.
These two organizations mean a lot to me and I am very proud to support them.
Please join us on January 18, 2026 - anytime between 3pm and 5pm - at Don Law Golf Academy at Osprey Point Golf Course in Boca Raton, FL. A minimum donation of $36 per participant is required to enter the Wedge, Chip, and Putt competition. Prizes will be awarded to top junior and adult participants. All ages and skill levels are encouraged to enter.
If you are unable to attend, please consider donating any amount to help me support WRAP and StrykOutCancer.
Please pay all entrance fees and make additional donations on this page. If you are planning to attend the event, please RSVP with your name and age at wcpforcharity at gmail dot com.
Thank you,
Benjamin Wahler
