Hi everyone,

It’s with great sadness that I write this. Although we know that loss is part of life, it never gets easier when it’s someone we love so deeply. My grandfather was a strong and determined man who, in recent years, faced many health challenges and he met each one with courage, faith, and calm. In the early hours of October 23rd, he passed away peacefully in his sleep.

We find comfort in knowing that he is now reunited with his beloved wife and with all our loved ones who went before him. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, son, uncle, and friend; a good, joyful, and strong man who left a mark on everyone who knew him. Through his example, he taught us the value of hard work, family, and perseverance. We will always lovingly remember everything he left us and all the moments we shared with him.

Our family is deeply grateful for all the kind words, prayers, and love we’ve received. We ask that you continue to pray for my grandfather’s eternal rest and for us, so that we may find the strength to move forward. During this difficult time, we would also be very grateful for any financial support to help us say goodbye to him with the love and respect he deserves. Every bit of help, no matter how small, means so much to us.

Es con mucha tristeza que escribo esto. Aunque sabemos que la pérdida es parte de la vida, nunca se hace más fácil cuando se trata de alguien a quien amamos tanto. Mi abuelo fue un hombre fuerte y de gran voluntad, que en los últimos años enfrentó muchos retos de salud, y cada uno lo afrontó con valor, fe y mucha serenidad. En las primeras horas del 23 de octubre, partió en paz mientras dormía.

Nos consuela saber que ahora está reunido con su querida esposa y con todos nuestros seres queridos que se nos adelantaron. Fue un esposo, padre, abuelo, hijo, tío y amigo entregado; un hombre bueno, alegre y fuerte, que dejó huella en todos los que lo conocieron. Nos enseñó con su ejemplo el valor del trabajo, la familia y la perseverancia. Siempre vamos a recordar con cariño todo lo que nos dejó y los momentos que compartimos con él.

Nuestra familia está profundamente agradecida por todas las palabras, oraciones y muestras de cariño que hemos recibido. Les pedimos que sigan orando por el descanso eterno de mi abuelo y por nosotros, para que encontremos la fuerza de seguir adelante. En este momento tan difícil, también agradeceríamos de corazón cualquier apoyo económico para poder despedirlo con el amor y el respeto que él merece. Toda ayuda, por pequeña que sea, significa muchísimo para nosotros.
