Hey this is Conrad and I’m setting up a gofund mein order to help me get into sone housing. As you all know I had an amputation on my right leg in 2020 and doing amazing. Well I moved to Arizona mid august to be aboard of the Mayo enterprise staffing pool (internal traveler program.) Early in September I had gotten a scratch on my left foot and it seemed ok but couple days later it was red then the next day it was black and I was terribly sick. I was taken to nearest hospital where a left below knee amputation was performed to stop the infection from spreading. My hospital stay had complications I had 2 rapid medical responses called on where it was like the lights on and nobody home which many of you think that’s baseline for but it isn’t. But I lost my hearing for 2 days and my pain was not kept under control at all. After being transferred to rehab I was improving like the person you know just rocks it but I was having trouble breathing had having chest tightness so back to the hospital I went find out I’m in acute heart failure and put on a host of drugs and also pulmonary edema. Well I fought that off to return to rehab to kick ass as usual. They are discharging me tues and I found out I don’t qualified any like nursing home cause I’m too independent and I have to find housing. When I move I was In a extended stay hotel and now nothing and I had a problem with bank account and have negative funds and can’t afford housing or food. Anything would be a blessing me.
