Help with medical and funeral expenses

My father Joseph Burgher had a procedure for a colon dilation at Fox Chase Cancer Center. He had colon cancer in 2019 for over a year and after radiation, chemotherapy and surgery he was able to beat cancer. After beating cancer, he still had a colostomy bag and wanted it removed so he could return to work. In order to remove the colostomy bag, he had to go through multiple colon dilation procedures. Before the procedure, he was healthy. He had this procedure for colon dilation twice before and everything went perfectly. He went in for the 3rd procedure in the beginning of December. After the procedure, they sent him home even though he was experiencing pain. When he was home he experienced extreme abdomen pain and laid on the couch for hours thinking the pain would go away but it didn't. Eventually my mom called the ambulance and he was sent to Jeans Hospital. At Jeans they did not do any type of treatment to help him. They just stabled him and transfered him to Fox Chase. The doctors said that the procedure most likely caused a perforation in his colon and ultimately caused stool to leak in his body. They knew he had the colon dilation procedure a few hours ago and did not fix the problem they caused. He went into septic shock, his kidneys, liver, pancreas failed and he had brain damage. He was on a ventilator and in critical condition in the ICU for weeks. My mom had hope that he may eventually go home but all his organs were living outside his body and he had difficultly breathing. On January 10, 2022 our family all said our goodbyes and let him go. It was a tough decision but we didn't want to see him suffer any longer. He passed the next day on 1/11/ 2021 around 1am.
