My mother, Leilani, was recently diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer and is beginning her long journey of treatment.   Those that know Leilani are familiar with how caring she is to everyone in her life and even while facing this horrible disease, she  continues to be more concerned about her family and the financial strain that will come with treatment instead of concentrating on getting well.    During her last medical appointment, she made several comments worring about the financial obligations and how they would be met.

Any donation or even a kind comment or prayer is greatly appreciated.  When I present her with the funds raised, I am also going to print out the comments to share with her.  All funds will be going directly to Leilani and any remaining funds will be donated to a cancer charity still to be determined.
