On May 30th 2015 a beautiful person was taken far to soon from this earth. His name was Fadi Alzahrani and he was a beloved friend and family member to many.

Before Fadi passed he mentioned on a friends trip to Kelowna BC that if he were to leave this earth too soon, he would want a bench placed in his memory at the top of Knox Mountain in Kelowna BC. 

We are trying to honor our friends wish, and with the help of any donation you can give we will be able to make this a possibility. To buy just the bench alone is between $400-1300. We have not gotten confirmation from the city of Kelowna as of yet, but regardless we would like to place a Bench in Fadi's memory either in Kelowna, Ottawa or Victoria where he had lived during his time in Canada studying.

Fadi was an extremely kind person, intelligent and driven, an incredible cook, and an avid adventure seeker. He was also a 2015 Graduate Student. He always made people laugh and feel cared for. He was a very special person to many, and a great friend to all that had the chance to  meet his smiling face. He will be greatly missed by many many friends,family and classmates. 


We ask that you continue to send  prayers for Fadi along with his family and friends during this difficult time.

The remaining funds left over after the placement of the bench will go into a charity donation in Fadi's name during the holy month of Ramadan.
