For Christine

On Sunday 10th May (Mother’s Day) we received news from Margaret Robinson our Community Relations & Admissions Coordinator to let us know that her daughter Christine who had been fighting a battle with cancer had passed away leaving behind three young children Tristan, Ashlinn and Imogen, her husband Damien, sister Lynne, mum Margaret and dad Gary. 

This fundraiser is to help support Christine’s three (3) children, her husband and parents. I would ask that you come forward and donate whatever money you can to support Margaret and her family through this very difficult time. 

Our thoughts and prayers are with the McGlone Family, Margaret and Gary,  and her beautiful extended family and friends.

Your relationship or contact to the parties you're raising funds for – I have worked with Margaret for the last 3 years at NewDirection Care
How the funds will be spent (be as specific as possible) – Funds are being given to Margaret’s Son in law who had to take a significant amount of time off work and will be used to help cover the costs of funeral and expenses throughout it as well as help provide for the children
Your withdrawal plan to get the funds from the fundraiser to the person that they're intended for: The CEO of NewDirection Care, Natasha Chadwick set up a new bank account for all funds to go to and once we had the final amount we will be transferring it to the nominated account of Christine’s Husband, Damien.
