Hope for Baby Nash Smillie

Donation protected
My sister and brother in law welcomed their new bundle of joy baby Nash Christopher Smilie into the world on March 17th 2016.. Nash was born a happy healthy baby boy weighing 7lbs 14ozs.. My sister and brother in law were on cloud nine.. Their first child had finally arrived safely.. They were so anxious to be able to take their newest addition home and to start their new life as parents with their son.. The day finally came that they were suppose to be able to leave the hospital and go home.. They did leave the hospital that day but home wasn't their destination.. Instead their new sweet baby boy was rushed to the children's hospital in Vancouver where a team of doctors awaited his arrival.. That same team of doctors believe that little baby Nash has a very rare skin disease called Epidermolysis bullosa (EB).. Also known as the butterfly disease as the skin is as fragile as a butterflies wings.. We are now awaiting the results of little Nash's biopsy to see if in fact he does have this very rare disease and if so what level of this disease it is he has.. My sister and brother in law have held it together so amazingly for their little boy.. Their lives have definitely changed forever.. They have been told that they may finally be able to take their son home next week after a very long and emotional 2 weeks.. Taking Nash home means learning a whole new way of life.. Not only does everything that will come into contact with Nash's skin need to be modified to protect his skin from damage but Nash will also require a special clothing and cream.. This cream will need to be applied to Nash's entire body daily.. This cream is going to cost these new parents of this sweet lil boy almost $1000 per month.. This cream is a life necessity for baby Nash.. This is going to be a struggle but my sister and brother in law are ready to do whatever they must to make sure their son has everything he needs.. I am asking anyone who would like to help in making this journey, we are a calling "Hope for baby Nash Smilie" a lil less stressful on these new parents to please donate even $1.. Every lil bit will help.. I thank you soooo much in advance from the bottom of my heart.. Prayers and positive thoughts are always welcomed
