Friends of mine and friends of friends, I am sorry to say that I am forced back into begging mode once again—but I am thankful to say that GoFundMe is a good tool AND that I do have friends who are so good to be willing to help me when I ask.
Here’s the scoop: The new wheelchair can be ordered as soon as I come up with the co-pay and not before. It has enough bells and whistles to help make my life a bit more tolerable—such as a tilt feature that allows my legs to be raised to keep swelling down as much as possible.
GFM is a safe way for you to donate by credit card or PayPal. No matter how little you can offer, it will be appreciated as much as large amounts, believe me. It all adds up.
