asking for help

For those of you who know my story, thank you for your constant support :)

I am currently trying to do what I can to save up so I can buy a car. I want to be able to pursue music more seriously and start doing gigs and going to open mic-nights in LA. I am currently working while going to college for music.

I have been legally screwed over by my adoptive family; FAFSA forms won't process, and any adoption assistance I was receiving under their care is still being billed to them despite my absence from their home. I have also recently found out that both my adoptive parents' names have been removed from the billing statement for the dual-enrollment classes I was taking under their care during the first semester of my senior year (I was 17 and they enrolled me). The debt has piled up for two years, due to them not informing me that they replaced their names on the bill with mine, and now I have a $1,600 payment to take care of in the next few months. I've been told by the school that it is too late to take out a loan.
