Hello,

My name is Taisia, but a lot of my friends call me Taetae or Tae! I live in West Jordan, Utah. I love dancing and love to do it as often as possible! I love my dog Bella, and I love my mom. It’s just been her and I for a while and she is one of my best friends.

Currently, I am in the hospital recovering from brain surgery. It turns out I had a brain tumor the size of a large golf ball that might have started forming when I was 15 years old. Fortunately and with the guidance of a higher powers hands, the doctors were able to remove all of the mass. We don’t know yet if it’s benign or malignant but will find out soon! We have faith and prayer on our side that it won’t be anything I can’t handle.

I work for a wonderful family as a care giver and they have been most supportive of my health journey since it started. But because of this health journey, I haven’t been able to do the job I care about, or spend time making sure my charge feels all the wonderful things she should feel. The burden being that not only do I still need to find a way to be responsible for my regular bills, but also have to consider these new medical bills. Word to the wise, don’t get a tumor!

All this to say, I’m asking for help so my mom won’t have to worry and so this bump in my journey won’t change the trajectory of life. If you’re able to donate anything to help with the bills I won’t be able to cover due to being out of work, or if you want to help with the medical bills any and all help is appreciated, even the thoughts without the ability.

I know with faith and the support of my family and friends, and even those strangers just willing to offer their prayers and support, I will recover and be dancing again!
