Waynes worsening Heart Failure

"At the end of 2012 I had been diagnosed with Dilated Cardiomyopathy. I was told that I was in need of immediate surgery due to this condition, to input an ICD device. In order to input this device, I had to use all my savings in addition to donations, and loans to receive the surgery.  This has saved my life twice; once in September 2019, and in March of 2020. However, it has been recently deduced that I have worsening Heart Failure and I am now in need of another surgery to place an upgraded ICD device.  The pending surgery is also the best chance other than a heart transplant to improve my heart failure and hence my quality of life. 

My insurance company has helped me immensely, and for this I must thank God. I am here now to ask you to please find it in your heart to help me with the cost that the insurance does not cover, which is JMD$1,173,240.19 which equates to approximately USD$9000.00. 

The surgery can take place as soon as I am able to gather the necessary funds, however my condition continues to worsen and the sooner I have the surgery the better it would be for my life. Please donate and/or share if you can, and thank you for taking the time to read my story."
