In August of 2025, my fiancé, Wayne Hodges, was in a terrible motorcycle accident. Lucky to have survived, Wayne spent 85 days at Wake Forest Baptist Hospital. He had a total left leg amputation and partial hip removal (hemipelvectomy) as well as 50 other procedures.
I am raising money to purchase a Firefly mobility attachment for his wheelchair. This will get him back outside doing things he loves with our kids. This attachment is lightweight (35 lbs), has off-road tires, and goes up to 12 mph!
