Most of you would know Wayne Laws as a Forward Planner for Fleet Presentation at Qantas Sydney.

Sadly, he has very recently been diagnosed with cancer.

This absolutely heartbreaking news has come at a time when Wayne, just finalising voluntary redundancy plans with Qantas, was about to embark on a new chapter of his life.

Naturally, his lovely wife Anne and his children are devastated.

Wayne will be rushed to an expensive surgery on Monday August 17th for a procedure that is hoped to improve his prognosis and quality of life, however, as with all surgery, this comes with a significant risk.

We here in Wayne's Qantas family are hoping to raise some funds towards this procedure, and any that might follow, to allow the Laws family some financial security.
