Hello Everyone! My name is Wayne Glass (He / Him / His pronouns) and I am trying to pursue my dream of pursuing an education in Mental Health Counseling from Teachers College, Columbia University.

I am beginning semester four and five of my graduate program, and have transitioned into full-time student status. I am super grateful for the opportunity to attend an Ivy League University and focus on a career change.

My personal/professional goal is to integrate fitness into my future therapeutic practice. As folks know, I have been a group fitness instructor and CrossFit Coach since 2009. Thus, I hope to focus on the mind, body, and spirit; with goals of eventually doing trauma-informed strength training and Group Therapy inside a gym.
