It is with heavy hearts that we say goodbye to a wonderful husband, father, and grandpa. Wayne was a man that loved the outdoors, and fishing in particular, almost as much as he loved his wife of 48 years, his 6 children, and 16 grandchildren with two on the way. He was always up for giving his grandkids a lawnmower ride around the yard or taking them on a tour of his berry patch. He had a magnetic personality and was loved by all who knew him. He could rattle off a sage piece of advice or a colorful cowboy expression that was sure to put a smile on anyone’s face. While we can’t begin to understand the mental and emotional weight he was carrying, we do know he loved his family immensely. We will miss Wayne more than we can express with words and know we will be with him again as an eternal family.
