Waylon was diagnosed with DIPG in June, 2024. The best treatment options for him are located in Michigan, so the travel from Kentucky to Michigan has been a very large expense for his family. He goes for his last round of radiation May, 28th and will be staying for 15 days. His insurance does not cover his stay up there or any other expenses. His mother, Paityn, has looked at an Air bnb for them to stay in, but the cost is $3,000-$3,500 for the whole 15 days he will be taking his radiation treatments. Anything would be greatly appreciated.
