So many of you have asked what you could do for Waylon, Jessie and Tyler.

So we are taking the suggestion of a family friend who suggested we set up a go fund me to help with the financial burdens associated with an accident that occurred this past weekend.

On Friday night their 15 month old fell into a campfire. He was careflighted from N. Dakota to a pediatric burn unit in Denver. He has had the first of multiple surgeries & treatments for his 2nd and 3rd degree burns that cover 11% of his body.

This little family had just moved there two weeks before for a new job. Moving expenses exhausted much of the limited reserves they had been able to save, since he is a recent graduate and only been employed since October.

They have quite a high deductible to meet, as well as many additional unexpected expenses that will be necessary over the next few months while Waylon receives care in Texas, as North Dakota offers none of the necessary services for Waylon’s care. He will require laser therapies and rehab to restore the nerves in his hand in order to regain full dexterity.

The flights  to get Jessie and the boys to and from care in Texas are very expensive as Williston, ND is remote, and doctors state a 24 car ride is out of the question for a burn victim.

As Tyler can not remain out of work for this length of time, they hope to bring him down for a couple of long weekends during the two to three month separation from his family.
