Waylan Needs Surgery: Help Kyle's Best Friend

Hi Everyone,

My name is Waylan. I'm just 3 years old, full of love, and I live every day to the fullest with my best friend Kyle and my human mom Lauren, my human siblings Tayvon and Lance. They had to say goodbye to my dog siblings Dixe and Sproket lately and hate the thought of losing me too.

The day after Independence Day, my world changed — I was hit by a car. The doctors say I need urgent back surgery if I’m ever going to walk or play again. The surgery will cost $16,000, and unfortunately, I don’t have insurance (I’m a dog, after all!). That’s a lot of money for my dad, and I hate seeing him so stressed and worried.

Kyle is my whole world. I’ve heard him crying and staying up late at night because he’s so scared of losing me. I wish I could tell him everything’s going to be okay — but right now, I need a little help to make that true.
