Hello, my life changed drastically. I'm 55 years old. A couple of weeks ago, my legs started buckling, and I can't walk without a walker. Three weeks ago, I was working, dancing, living life. Then, on the 27th, I had to be admitted to the hospital because my legs weren't working. I have spinal stenosis and need surgery. The hospital sent me home because I had no insurance. I've fallen 10 times since I left the hospital. I can't work and am applying for SSDI, which takes a while. I live with my parents who are on a fixed income; they can't afford to feed me and my 2 cats. I need some help while I await this surgery and get SSD. I finally got insurance, but they won't pay the hospital bill because it was before I got approved. I went from independence to now being fully dependent. I need any help I can get.
