To all my friends who’ve known and loved Watson, we really need your help. He ruptured his spleen due to a tumor on 7/31/24. Ultrasounds showed nothing spread to his liver or lungs which all pointed to a benign growth. With all these facts provided by the vet on this situation, we decided to move forward with a life-saving operation. We definitely contemplated euthanasia, but this being the best worst-case scenario where we could definitely add years to his life, I couldn’t choose the option where I had to say goodbye to my best friend.
