Please Help the Watkins family

So my Uncle Adam is one of the greatest men I know. Recently his' health Long term prognosis is not good. Doctors have said he will need to go onto full disability, and he is currently undergoing several tests and health determinations. This has involved Urologist, Gastroenterolgist, cardiologist, neurology and internal medicine.
In the passed, he has faced multiple episodes of a-fib, Tachycardia, and ventricular tachycardia...He experience complete heart block and a pacemaker was placed. He has underwent several ablations, one leading to a left side medial stroke. During his heart stress, they discovered an aneurysm on his heart which is no growing , and is over 4 cm, when it reaches 5, he will have to undergo risky heart surgery which require valve replacement and artificial aortic insert.
So why am I asking for help from his friends, family, and church brothers and sisters. Well since 2014, he has managed, but has met his max out of pocket expenses for the last 6 years, we are talking an add up of $50-$60,000. A lot. He was able to buy the family farm and build a house on it recently for his wife and 4 children, however he is turning 36 on January 30th, and is now juggling extensive medical debt, ongoing treatment, and a mortgage. We do not want him to loose the farm during is SSD and LTD benefit wait duration. So I am asking for some help for him, his wonderful wife, and 4 children who on their own have dealt with epilepsy, and genetic heart issues at children.
My uncle Adam likes to talk everyone knows that....but I want to say something about the kind of guy he is. He always loved God, never committed a crime, tried drugs, anything. He is truly an amazing man. We grew up together, and through thick and thing, he rose above circumstances, from welfare to college education, to great expert jobs in computer technology. Unfortunately he has had these major medical set backs since age 29.
