Water for life: Honouring Faris Amin

Help build a lasting legacy by donating towards the construction of a well in memory of Faris Amin. Give to provide Sadqah Jariyah (perpetual charity) on Faris's behalf. This project (with MATW Foundation 1201110) will provide long lasting benefits for those in desperate need. Faris was a firm believer of helping the less fortunate and those living under extreme daily conditions. Sa’d ibn ‘Ubadah (ra) reported: I said, “O Messenger of Allah, my mother has died. Shall I give charity on her behalf?” The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Yes” I said, “Which charity is best?” The Prophet said, “A drink of water”(An-Nasa’i)

As you can see from the above Hadith, providing water on behalf of the deceased is one of the best ways to honour them.
