Our ceiling is caving and Point Guard Management company has not done a single thing to fix the situation. I have requested a leak that used to be small be repaired since September 2024. Our home has had water pouring since Saturday night last week, in ruining a music studio we just finished building. We also have to dump the drawers full of water every 30 mins there are five of the drawers. This place is uninhabitable at this point, we need to move my family out immediately we didn’t expect this and we need funds to get us moved into a new rental within the next few days. Please whatever you can do to help :(
