My name is Nicole, I'm a single mom of 3 kids, i was in a whole accident in June 12, I was tboned by a semi truck, I broke my neck, my back, my ribs on left side, right side pelvic bone compound fraction right leg. I have to learn to walk again, and going to be out of work for at least 3 months. I dont know how I am gonna pay my bills, or take care of medical bills thr portion that my medical insurance isnt going to cover. Any helps thank you everyone.
