Warrior Matthew is but 37 (now 38) and has been afflicted with stage 4 esophageal cancer. The same disease that took his mother nearly two decades ago. The same that claimed his father-in-law two years ago.

He is the sole financial provider for his family and is facing a grueling 6 weeks of treatment where he will not have the strength to lift the sword.

He is a loyal friend and a diligent worker. He has the innate ability to lift the spirits of those around him, caring more for the morale of the team than his own needs. His pen is mighty: drawing and inking illustrations and writing with a unique voice. His axe is sharp, but his wit is sharper still; he fills bellies with laughter and hearts with joy.

Many hardships this family has weathered over the past two years, leaving the purse completely diminished. Now the most challenging time has come to pass, and the Roberts Clan cannot overcome this adversary without your assistance.
