Warriors for Wade

This past December Wade Wilson was diagnosed with A.L.S. (Lou Gehrig’s disease).  Wade has a wife of 22 years, Kathy, who goes to work daily at a doctor’s office and two sons, Cameron, 18 who will go off to college this fall and Coby, 16 who is a junior in high school.  Wade did his best to continue to help support his family even with increased upper body weakness setting in from the fast progressiveness of this disease, but unfortunately Wade was laid off from his job in February (for financial downturn) and the only income for this family right now is Kathy’s.  Disability does not kick in for 6 months which will be sometime in October. 

This family is not one that tends to ask for help, in fact it has taken me two months to talk Kathy into letting me put this on GoFundMe.  This money will be used to ease the financial strain this disease has put on this family.  We are requesting anyone and everyone who is able to help this very loving family to do as much as you can.  Thank you in advance for your giving heart! Prayers are very much appreciated!!

A MESSAGE FROM KATHY WILSON(wife):
With sincere Thanks, I want each and everyone of you to know how thankful and greatly appreciated my family is for all you have done allready.  As I sit and write this, tears fill my eyes as I hope each of you KISS and HUG and LOVE your family, whether it be mom, dad, child, grandparents and friends and CHERISH every moment you have with them.  Through difficult times - through happy times - you just never know what will change your life in the blink of an eye.  I know people have their own troubles whether financial, medical or just daily troubles - that is one reason I felt I didn't want the help.  But with the encouragement of friends - I am truly appreciative of this temporary help!!  I can't say in words how I have been the last few months with all the trials, but I will say again and again, with HUGS and LOVE - THANK YOU from the bottom of my HEART!!!
