We are a small, yet mighty rescue and we need your support for our brave warrior, Fuzzy Pants. The Southwest Florida House Rabbit Rescue (501c3) was recently founded in December 2015. Our motto is "respect for rabbits" and our mission is to provide superior education, advocacy and adoptions for rescued house rabbits.
Fuzzy Pant’s life was forever changed when a group of teenage girls in Jacksonville, FL maliciously threw their pet rabbit against a wall repeatedly and laughed while doing it. We know these are very sick individuals with no regard for life.
All of us are outraged, sickened and saddened by this horrible act of animal cruelty. Let's turn that anger into a positive movement. Let's make people aware of the respect that rabbits deserve. Rabbit are highly social, fun, loving and beautiful creatures. Lets show this precious bun our love and support.
