Warrior With A Heart of Gold
Donation protected
My name is Jeanne Grant, and I’m raising funds for one of the most important people in my life, my cousin and life-long best friend, Justine Knower Goebel.
Justine has double-hit lymphoma (DHL), a rare and aggressive form of B-cell non-Hodgkin Lymphoma. She completed 6 months of an experimental trial and after two months remission, relapsed. Justine is so much more than a woman fighting lymphoma. Justine has spent her professional career ensuring those in medical need are connected to resources in their communities. She is a dedicated, strong advocate for those she serves. One of her most admirable qualities is her determination: she never gives up.
Currently, she is undergoing CAR-T treatment. This is her last option for remission. While Justine has been fighting cancer, she has not been able to work. Unfortunately, bills have not stopped. As a result, I am asking for donations, in any amount which will go towards any uncovered medical expenses, travel, monthly household bills and living expenses. With this stressor eliminated, Justine can fully focus on her recovery.
Some of Justine's loved ones would like to add their statements:
Eric Gackley: This amazing woman, who would help anyone in the blink of an eye, and never ask for anything for herself, needs help. My girlfriend, Justine, has been suffering from a very aggressive form of lymphoma. She’s a warrior with a heart of gold. She’s fighting with everything she has.The last thing she needs is to harassed by bill collectors on a daily basis.
ANY and ALL help would be appreciated. Prayers and well wishes also very welcomed. Thank you for your time, grace and generosity. God bless.
Jarrett Goebel: We are setting up this GoFundMe account for our mother, Justine Goebel, who has been battling a rare and aggressive type of Hodgkin lymphoma. All donations will assist in mom's treatment during this period. Thank you in advance for your prayers and support.
Alyssa Goebel: Before Mom found out about this horrible disease that she has, my brother and I moved out of the house, and she was just starting this new chapter in her life where she would be able to do thing for her self for the first time. She was always putting her kids first. We were all happy for her. Just a few months later she found out that she had cancer, so I moved back in with her to help her out and that freedom that she had was taken away. Mom couldn’t work anymore but, even then, she still put her kids first and still does. The one day Mom wasn’t in the hospital, she had to go to the ER with me. That shows that her main focus is getting better and taking care of her kids. Since she cannot work she, has been stressed out about paying her bills. We are just asking for help so she can continue to fight and not have to worry about paying her bills.
Any donation is appreciated, thank you for your support, please feel free to share we are grateful for prayers and positive, healing energy as well. We love our Teen!
