Dear Facebook Friends, Family, Acquaintances, Everyone!
I am writing this for a dear friend of mine, Joelle Roloff-Duenas, who has just been diagnosed with stage 2 triple negative breast cancer, which is an extremely aggressive form of cancer. She would in no way ask anyone for help, as she has more pride than anyone I’ve ever met, and is also one of the strongest people I have ever met. She is taking this on full force and fighting it like a champ!
Putting aside the anxiety, the uncertainty, and God only knows whatever feelings and emotions come with this, not only does she need to be mentally strong, but she needs support from family, friends, and whoever can help. I am not a doctor nor am I made of money, but I’d like to help as much as I possibly can. The only thing I can think to do is relieve as much stress from her as possible, so I am going to raise as much money as possible to help her with the cost of cancer.
She is a wonderful mother of 2 beautiful kids, a daughter of 2 amazing parents, and a friend of many. She’s an independent woman who works as a Realtor, which does not provide benefits. She is 49 years young and is the sole supporter for her house hold. She has a long journey ahead of her. She just started chemotherapy, has 5 months of that, then breast surgery, followed by radiation.
