Hi, my name is Zeel. I'm fighting against type of blood cancer which is MPAL ( Mix Phenotype Acute Leukemia ). I love to dance and travel to different places. My biggest worry was what to make for dinner. Until recently, I was diagnosed with MPAL on 25th January 2026. I got totally shooked and my world stopped. Me and my husband were supporting each other like everything as couldn't even think what to do and how to react. I was crying and praying like everything. As every other day was difficult and different. In the first place, As I was feeling constipated, dizzy and had rectal pain,that made almost impossible to sit. After that I went to near by hospital in emergency department. And got diagnosed after having my bone marrow biopsy.

After one month now , I claimed my bed in Princess Margaret Cancer Research Center. And now I'm undergoing treatment for the same. As me and my husband only we two are here. Between time off work and the cost of travel and medications, the financial pressure adds up quickly. We’re asking for help so we can focus on healing instead of worrying about bills. As we are trying make our dreams possible after one and half year in Canada , world came to halt. We are trying to balance our job but my husband is staying with me all day as we have no one here. So his job was also on halt. And I couldn't work.

Treatment is intense and chemotherapy is tough as first phase is induction chemotherapy. Right now, we are in the induction phase. Every day is like looking at different numbers in reports. As my insurance won't be able to cover my treatment. We don't have funds and treatment is too expensive. I'm asking for your help for travel expenses, treatment and medications. I'll always be grateful to you all. As every one of you is like guardian angel to me. Your prayers, your support, and your generosity mean more than words can say.
