Warrington to Barcelona

Being locked down has had a profound impact on many.

We've found that it has pulled together our already tightly knit team, and as such we want to do something to give back, whilst also ensuring that we look after ourselves by remaining active.

Between May 1st and May 31st we will collectively complete a virtual walk/run from our Sharp Warrington base to our Barcelona Office. The total distance is 995 miles, which equates to 55 miles each across our team of 18.

We will be raising money to support Warrington-based charity Papyrus UK. Sadly the work they do with young people suicide prevention will increase during lock down.

PAPYRUS is the national charity dedicated to the prevention of young suicide in the UK. Suicide is the biggest killer of young people under the age of 35 in the UK. We believe that everyone can play a role in suicide prevention and we work towards a society which speaks openly about suicide and has the resources to save young lives.
