Warren, my father and my super hero is a hard working, strong, and loving man.

He is always the first person to help when someone needs a helping hand.
Warren is a loving husband, a loving father of 4 children and a loving grandfather of 14 grandchildren. He is the provider for my mother and himself.

If you would have seen my father two weeks ago you would have seen him driving his dump truck to his next tree trimming job, or seen him in his shop helping someone fix their car.

A week ago (August 19th 2018) my father became sick. It started out with my father passing out after a shower. He passed out multiple times that morning so my mother took him to the emergency room. The doctors drew some blood and checked him out. The blood test results would be back to us in a few days. They told us that he was dehydrated and anemic.  My family all thought that he was depressed and exhausted from losing his sister in a 4 wheeler accident on Wednesday August 15th 2018.  We took him home to hydrate him and get him rested.

Tuesday August 21st my mother and I decided to take him back to the doctor. He was not getting any better with sleep, food and fluids that we were giving him and he started to get a rash on his arms along with a high fever. During the check up his doctor told us that the pathologist found some abnormalities in his blood and wanted to send him to a hematologist at a different hospital.
After a nights stay and many blood tests we were told that he needed to go to another hospital because they thought that he may have cancer of the blood.
He was taken to LDS hospital in Salt Lake City for more treatment. The doctor's took more tests and did a bone marrow biopsy. My family got the official diagnosis on August 25th 2018.

Our husband, father, grandfather and super hero was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML). It is an aggressive form of cancer that starts in the bone marrow and quickly spreads into the blood. The doctor's deliberated and between his heart condition  and  his Leukemia, they had decided to start chemo therapy . They started chemo therapy on August 25th 2018 at 6:30 p.m. The doctors told us that he will most likely be in the hospital for 3 to 4 weeks during his treatments.

This has been a huge shock to our family! So I am turning to you all for help.

I am worried about how my mother and father are going to get through this rough time.

I am setting up this GoFundMe account in hopes to get help for my mother and father with their medical costs and the costs that may incur from my mother staying in Salt Lake City with my father.

My parents are not usually the type to ask for help. They often help others before they help themselves. That is why I am doing this for them.

If you can donate my family will be so thankful and we are truly blessed by your generosity! If you cannot donate we completely understand as everyone has their own battles to face.

Please share and spread the word so my mother and father may get the help that they need.
