Warren Wilmot Medical & Living Expenses

The Tristate Area is fundraising for one of our family members. Warren Wilmot, Navy Veteran, served on the USS Nimitz aircraft carrier in the 1980s which included an engagement of the carrier with two enemy Libyan fighter jets, resulting in the two aircraft being shot down by US F-14 Tomcat jets in what became known as the Gulf of Sidra incident. Not only is Warren a US Veteran, but he has been with Ricoh for nearly twenty-three years. Warren has worked at several different customer locations and is currently stationed at the RICOH office in Parsippany, New Jersey as a stalwart team member, who not only loves his job but truly cares for his co-workers and his community. He is beloved by all and well respected for his hard work, dependability, diligence, and willingness to do anything for the office to be successful.

Sadly, Warren was recently diagnosed with stage 3 colon cancer. However, he is tough as nails, stubborn as a mule and is fighting it every second of the day.

Warren continues to work as much as his body allows him to while going through chemotherapy, but it is a significant challenge. Additionally, living in Pennsylvania, with the drive being almost ninety minutes away from the office, is starting to take a toll on him because of the constant pain he's in. As a result, he is no longer working every day, which is negatively affecting his paycheck.

While he is battling for his life, with medical and living expenses, including his mortgage for his home in the Poconos which he purchased about a year ago and dearly loves, piling up, Warren could desperately use some monetary assistance to help pay his medical bills and any other expenses he may incur during this extremely difficult time. Any donation, no matter the amount, would be met with the utmost appreciation and love.
