In Loving Memory of Warren Firey
It is with heavy hearts that we share the unexpected passing of our beloved brother, Warren Firey, who left us this past weekend. We are still waiting to learn the official cause of death, but what we do know is that the world has lost a unique soul—one whose presence left an indelible mark on everyone who knew him.
Warren was an artist, a builder, a friend, a brother. He had a wicked sense of humor, a generous spirit, and a deep love for animals. He was the one you could count on to show up when you needed help—whether it was building something from scratch, fixing what felt unfixable, or just making you laugh on a hard day.
He was also a deeply sensitive and complex person who struggled with inner demons. Like so many who feel life intensely, Warren faced battles that too often went unseen. Despite his struggles, his heart remained wide open—always giving, always helping.
Warren had been unwell in the months leading up to his passing, and sadly, he left everything in arrears. We are asking for help to cover the costs of his final arrangements and to handle the unexpected financial burdens that have arisen in the wake of his death. Every donation, no matter the size, will go directly toward giving him the dignity he deserves and easing the weight on our family during this heartbreaking time.
If you are unable to donate, we would be grateful if you could share this with others who knew Warren or who might want to support his memory.
Thank you for holding our family in your hearts.
With gratitude,
Deborah and Deanna Leonhardt (sisters)
