With winter hitting harder this year and heating costs continually rising, getting through this season with a warm house is getting harder to accomplish. Our current propane supplier charges twice what the competition does. In order to switch to a cheaper company, however, they require us to purchase a new tank upfront. The upfront costs are a major barrier to affordable heating for our family. Funds raised will be used to purchase a propane tank and a fill to run our furnace at a comfortable temperature.

As a family of six, living expenses are already high. With our youngest daughter, this is especially an issue because of her heart and lung health. She needs to be able to stay warm without extra stress on her body in order to stay healthy due to a heart condition she was born with.
