Hello everyone, Im writing today to tell you about a wonderful person I met and have become close too who has given me many happy smiles and constant positive motivation. As some of you know I lost my son Joey in sept 2023 to suicide when he was only 20. I chose to tell my personal story that this November I found myself in ICU and spent time to recover at hospital. I met Joseph Howen here . He suffers some different ways mentally that I share and some are different. In 2013 Joseph Howen was victim to having a large clay pot crush his upper left frontal lobe requiring reconstruction of part of face. In the year 2000 Joesph's mother died when he was 8 years old from lung cancer. The next year his father died on motorcycle accident.He suffered tremenedous loss and heartache alone being raised in many foster homes. He missed alot of school from depression at a very young age put of medication. In the hospital I had the blessing of hearing him rap and sing many songs . One he wrote had almost described my son Joeys tragedy along with other very related personal stuff as if it was written for me to know their was a connection here. I He hasn't had the right guidance or support to finish his social security disability app which was denied. He has been homeless staying various community centers and sometimes a tatoo shop his family makes available however beyond that he truly needs funds to help him this cold winter for shelter until his benefits can be approved. He is soft hearted , gentle , unique, very special person that needs help from others. Jospeh makes wrapped jewelry of stones.
