One of our active AFSCME local 34 members Tracy Schutt's Furnace went out on the eve of President's Day, one of the coldest nights of the year. Tracy has been active in our local and recently served on our negotiations table team, despite living pay check to pay check. She has no savings due to the actions of our employer recently trying to unjustly dismiss Child Support Officers and her having to use all her savings to fight the employer in court to show the employer was wrong and get her job back. Tracy is not able to get a personal loan to pay for a new Furnace. Tracy helped fight for us to get a great contract. Let's help Tracy be able to heat her home!
