Diana is a 40-year-old single mother of 2 young children. I have known her for well over 10 years. She goes to church every Sunday and is very hardworking.

Recently, she mentioned that her water heater had permanently died without hope for repair. For the past 4 weeks now, she takes a cold shower every morning and bathes her kids by heating up a large pot of water for each. While she can take it, her 4-year-old and 9-year-old are growing frustrated.
