Hi - this is a hard message to write, as Nate and I are fairly independent and do our best to figure it out on our own, but we are finally at a point where we need to ask for help from our village.

We discovered our furnace wasn't working almost a month ago due to a roof leak. We have been fighting our HOA and insurance for over a month, but unfortunately, at this point, we're going to need to fully replace the furnace on our own. The entire system is water damaged and corroded.

Due to other emergencies and appliances going out last year, our savings have been spent, and we aren't in a position to finance it. Any help to get us a furnace before the winter temperatures here in Minnesota drop to negatives would be greatly appreciated.
