Title:
A Father from Gaza Asking for Help to Protect His Children
Description:
My name is Mahmoud Abu Jalhoum, a father of three children from Gaza.
I am writing these words after losing almost everything.
Our home was bombed and completely destroyed.
We were forced to flee, like thousands of other families, and today we are living in a tent, exposed to rain, cold, and constant fear.
Life in a tent is unbearable, especially for children.
When it rains, everything becomes wet.
When winter comes, the cold penetrates our bodies, and I watch my children shiver while I can do nothing but hold them and pray.
My children are in urgent need of:
Food and clean water
Milk for children
Warm clothes and blankets
Protection from the cold winter
Basic necessities to survive displacement and homelessness
As a father, the most painful thing is to see your children hungry, cold, and scared, and not be able to provide for them.
They have lost their home, their sense of safety, and their childhood.
This fundraiser is my last hope.
I am asking for your help so I can provide my children with the most basic human needs and protect them from hunger, cold, and suffering.
Any donation, no matter how small, can help us survive.
If you cannot donate, please share our story — it may reach someone who can help.
From a displaced father in Gaza,
thank you to everyone who stands with us and believes in humanity.
