Women at Risk International Foundation (WARIF) is a non profit organisation established to address high incidence of rape, sexual violence and trafficking of young girls and women across Nigeria. The most recent statistic from Nigeria confirms 1 in 4 girls would have experienced one violent sexual encounter by age 18 (10,000 girls every day). The foundation implements target oriented initiatives that both intervene and prevent the issue. These initiatives are not only impactful but they are measurable and sustainable, changing the lives of affected young girls and women.
