Hurricane Michael fund

Our friend and co worker lived on his boat in St Andrews, Panama City, FL. He evacuated but lost everything. He only brought with him some clothes and a few necessities.  When he arrived back to his boat is was sunk. He has no way of saving any of his belongings. He is homeless and he is unable to drive to where we are to work his part time job and his full time job was in panama City and the are not operating at this time and they don't have a time that they will be. His insurance company told him that since the hurricane was a named storm his deductible went from $6000 to $12000. And he still owes money on his boat that he doesn't have anymore. He needs help with gas money, food and personal needs. He will also need help with that deductible. Thanks for any thing you can give.
