Jason Ward Memorial 31 August 2018

My family have been thrown into grief and rapid change as my three children (8,10,17 ) deal with the grief of losing their loving father Jason, at the young age of 44 to heart disease.
Jason may have had a poor heart with health but it was very big with love and tenderness for his children and for helping others.
In the chaos that is sudden death, grief, exhaustion, not working, bills coming in, rent getting late and life mounting up we feel we need to reach out.
Which is hard. When we'd all rather hide under the bed, we just can't.
We are asking for help with temporary relief to meet our monthly commitments that have dissolved in the drama of life until family payments and insurance admin goes through the slow process.
We are blessed that Jason has set up a fund so they will be looked after during their lives and I can provide for them in giving them a content and healthy life.
We are so grateful for Jason's foresight and investment into the lives of our children and I know that he trusts and respects my mothering and gentleness to bring them up well and to ask for help when I need it.
We just can't do it by ourselves and we aren't quite sure what to do.
Until I thought of you all. Wanting to help somehow.
This is how you can help.
Help us take the pressure of us temporarily so we can keep breathing.
To recover from this emotional exhaustion that is grief and adaption.
The fund goal is our monthly rent and food for a family of six.
I will scrape things together in the meantime and hope for the best.
I trust and believe in the village for my children.
For all of us.
Much love, light and warmth.
